Unholy Thanksgiving at the Relatives

Rick Myers, his parents and siblings, like most families in the south, went to his motherâ€™s parentsâ€™ house for Thanksgiving and Christmas until they passed. After that, they gathered at first one then another relativeâ€™s house for the holidays. Finally everyone settled on going to the Orsonâ€™s large house for Thanksgiving.

Rick loved his Aunt Sarah but not Uncle William, the slob who was her husband. Their house had three bedrooms and a basement game room. Rick always shared the game room with his female twin cousins, who were a year older then him. Through the years, seeing them once or twice a year, he had learned a lot. They were now in their first year at Georgia and Rick was attending the University of Georgia on a football scholarship next year.

Everything changed during that Thanksgiving visit when he was eighteen.
