Some may find the style a little stilted, but perseverance will be amply rewarded. Perhaps no other portion of Scripture illustrates as many facets of Calvary as this.

First published in 1848, this edition has been completely re-typeset for issue as an eBook. Hebrew words in the text have been transliterated and the number corresponding to their entry in Strongâ€™s Concordance given alongside, since at present they cannot be rendered on a Kindle. Greek characters have been retained.
