This however took a strenuous effort together with her husband, Tommy, to train one of their children up to the university level amidst a lot of drama as they lived in a very densely populated area. Sadly after the completion of her child's education, Afua Mae ' s hopes were snuffed as death laid its icy hands on her in an unpleasant manner.
