* Novel set in the Scottish Border * A story about a family and a village in England ( northern border country). It is very convincing and realistic. I would recommend it to everyone. It is not exactly modern and goes back to the late 1940's . However, it is still relevant today and people and human nature is pretty much the same though expectations may possibly be different between people.
