We stopped the feds from blackmailing the states into requiring helmet laws. We surrounded the U.S. Capital Building two deep in Harleys and outlaws. How we did it. This is some of what I experienced and witnessed. Times were wild, fast and tough- so were we. I loved it! This is that true story.
