He served in a time when good Police Officers focused 100% of their attention on serving and protecting without worrying about who was going to file frivolous complaints or law suits against them. During his tenure, Tony faced tough criminal elements without Kevlar vests, large caliber weaponry, S.W.A.T. Departments to back him up and in many cases cops still walked the â€œbeatâ€ without partners, squad cars or even radios on their person. Tony's tenure resembled more of what one might think of as the Wild West and he and his fellow officers danced with the devil on a daily basis.
