In October 2011, 48-year-old Michelle Gable travelled more than 2,000 miles from Maryland to Helena, Montana. It wasn't for a vacation - it was to confront her husband Joe, of twenty-five years, who had separated from her. On October 13th, Michelle found him and his new girlfriend, Sunday Bennett sleeping together. As a Helena police dispatcher listened in astonishment, Sunday Bennett said over the phone, "This woman has just shot her husband and is trying to shoot me." The next words out of Sunday's mouth were to the shooter, "Don't you shoot me you bitch! Don't you dare!" The next thing the dispatcher heard was more guns shots. Then the line went dead.
